At GM Container, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you.
Return entitlement
To be eligible for a refund:
The items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
The item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging .
Proof of purchase or an order confirmation must be presented.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns from:
Custom-made products or containers made to order
Clearance or clearance items
Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Return process
To initiate a return:
Please contact our customer service team at contact@gm-container.de and provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions for returning the item.
Please pack the item carefully to avoid damage during return shipping. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrectly.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you of its status.
If the application is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days via your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or incorrect items
Should your order arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will then immediately arrange a replacement or refund the purchase price free of charge.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
